The Australian Financial Review "Life and Leisure" featured a two-page article on the benefits of Corporate art rental on Friday 29 July and again in the weekend edition on 30-31 July 2016. Journalist Andrew Stephens interviewed Nanda\Hobbs Directors Raj Nanda and Ralph Hobbs about the key benefits of renting art for business foyers and meeting rooms - from the strong statement of corporate identity to enhancing employee productivity. Renting major works by outstanding artists costs a fraction of the cost of buying outright plus rental payments are 100% tax deductible for businesses. Mark Doepel, Partner of Sydney legal firm Sparke Helmore describes the positive effect art has had on their staff and clients"It has given staff a reall sense of engagement and connectivity". "Each floor now has a particular feel and the flexibility of renting means works can be rotated and swapped with ease.

The article also addresses the growing segment of the investor market who are looking to art as an alternative to traditional investments.
