Lottie Consalvo: Panel Discussion: Book Launch & Artist Talk
Join Lottie Consalvo at Nanda\Hobbs for her official Artist Talk and Book Launch on Saturday 20 June from 2 – 3pm.
Come and celebrate the final day of the exhibition, and the official launch of "We hover above the ground in hope that we might float", a major new monograph documenting Lottie Consalvo’s multidisciplinary practice across painting, performance and video.
Spanning 304 pages, the publication offers an expansive view of Consalvo’s deeply felt body of work, bringing together rich imagery and newly commissioned texts that reflect on the emotional, gestural and atmospheric qualities that define her practice.
To mark the launch, Consalvo will join us in the gallery for a special artist talk and live audience Q&A, reflecting on the evolution of her practice and the making of the book. A rare opportunity to hear directly from the artist as this significant publication is introduced for the first time.
