A new auction record was set for a work by Nyurapayia Nampitjinpa (Mrs Bennett) at Moss Green's sale of Fine Australian & International Art on Monday, 23 November. Kapi Tjukurrpa 2006 sold for $41,480 (inc BP) against estimates of $15,000 - $20,000. The synthetic polymer paint on linen work, measuring 84 x 84 cm, is illustrated by Ken McGregor and Ralph Hobbs in The Art of Nyurapayia Nampitjinpa (Mrs Bennett) Macmillan Art Publishing, 2014, p. 84.
